These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cuddle Cloud website (the "Site") and any purchases you make. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.
About Us
Cuddle Cloud ("we", "us", "our") sells oversized sherpa hoodies and related accessories online. All prices on the Site are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Orders and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
Right of Cancellation
You have a right to cancel your purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. See our Refund Policy for full details, including the 14-day window and how to request a cancellation.
Delivery
We aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy, and in any event within 30 days of your order, in accordance with Section 14c1 of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, unless a different timeframe was agreed with you.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site - including text, images, logos, and design - is owned by or licensed to Cuddle Cloud and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuddle Cloud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
