Refund Policy

This policy explains your right to cancel a purchase and return an item, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (Section 14c, distance/online sales).
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your purchase and return your item(s) within 14 days of the day you receive them, for any reason - no need to justify your decision. This applies to online purchases as an "internet sale" under Section 14c of the Consumer Protection Law.
No Cancellation Fee
Unlike the cancellation fee permitted by law (up to 5% of the item's price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower), Cuddle Cloud does not charge any cancellation fee on a standard return. You'll receive a full refund of the item price.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Return an Item
Email razixstore1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return and provide a return address. Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase with the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and make it right at no charge to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with Section 14e of the Consumer Protection Law. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exceptions
Gift cards and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned under this policy.
