Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Fridays, Saturdays (Shabbat), or Israeli public holidays.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days from the date of shipping, depending on your location. In accordance with Section 14c1 of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, we will deliver your order within 30 days of purchase at the latest, unless a different timeframe was agreed with you. If we are unable to deliver within that time, you may be entitled to cancel your order for a full refund.
Shipping Within Israel
We ship to addresses throughout Israel. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We also ship internationally to a number of destinations shown at checkout. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, contact us at razixstore1@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it. If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery estimate above, please let us know so we can investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout - we can only update it before the order ships. Contact us as soon as possible at razixstore1@gmail.com if you notice an error.
